穿琥宁对BRDC犊牛疗效及血清炎性和氧化应激指标的影响

Effects of Chuanhuning on the therapeutic efficacy and serum inflammatory and oxidative indexes against calves with respiratory syndrome complex

摘要 为探究穿琥宁对犊牛呼吸道综合征(BRDC)疗效及血清炎性和氧化应激指标的影响,选取自然发病BRDC犊牛36头,随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,每组12头,分别肌肉注射穿琥宁(5 mg·kg^(-1))、头孢噻呋钠(5 mg·kg^(-1))、穿琥宁+头孢噻呋钠(各5 mg·kg^(-1))组,每天1次,连用5 d;另选健康犊牛12头作为对照组(Ⅳ组),不作处理。记录第0(D0)、3(D3)、5(D5)、7(D7)天各试验犊牛主要临床症状,并检测颈静脉血炎性因子C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、结合珠蛋白(HP)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、IL-6、IL-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量及氧化应激指标总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平。结果表明:各组BRDC犊牛WI评分均>5分;血清炎性因子含量均极显著高于Ⅳ组;氧化应激指标T-AOC、SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活性均极显著低于Ⅳ组,而MDA含量极显著高于Ⅳ组;随用药时间的延长,WI评分、血清炎性因子和MDA含量均呈下降趋势,而T-AOC、SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活性均呈上升趋势,差异显著或极显著;Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别有9、7、10头犊牛治愈,治愈率分别为75.00%、58.33%和83.33%,显效率均为100%。未发现过敏、不良反应或死亡等临床副作用。综上,穿琥宁可明显减轻BRDC犊牛WI评分,降低炎性因子和急性期蛋白质水平,缓解氧化应激状态,联合抗生素应用效果更佳。 To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Chuanhuning on BRDC calves and effects of it on serum inflammatory and oxidative factors, 36 naturally occurring BRDC calves were selected and distributed to group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ, 12 calves per group, the calves in each group were administered with 5 mg·kg^(-1) Chuanhuning, 5 mg·kg^(-1) ceftiofur sodium, 5 mg·kg^(-1) Chuanhuning plus 5 mg·kg^(-1) ceftiofur sodium through intramuscular injection once a day for consecutive 5 days respectively. Another 12 healthy calves were noted as group Ⅳ without any treatment. The main clinical syndrome on day 0, 3, 5, 7 of each calf were noted, the jugular serum contents of inflammatory factors CRP, SAA, HP, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α and oxidative indexes T-AOC, SOD, MDA, CAT, GSH-Px of calves were determined. The results showed that, in the BRDC calves, the WI scores were>5, the contents of serum inflammatory factors were very significantly higher than group Ⅳ, the contents of antioxidant indexes T-AOC, SOD, CAT, GSH-Px were very significantly lower than group Ⅳ,while the content of MDA was very significantly higher than groupⅣ,the WI scores,serum inflammatory factors and MDA exhibited decreasing trends,while the contents of T-AOC,SOD,CAT,GSH-Px exhibited increasing trends with administration,with significant difference or very significant difference;there were 9,7,10 cured calves in group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,cure rates were 75.00%,58.33%,83.33% respectively,the effective rates were100.00%in three treatment groups.No adverse reaction like allergy and death was observed.The results indicated that Chuanhuning can obviously attenuate the WI scores of BRDC calves,decrease levels of inflammatory factors and acute phase proteins,ameliorate oxidative status,and it can reach a better effect with the combination of antibiotics.
