摘要
松香是自然界中一类重要的天然产物,可广泛应用于各个领域。由于其结构独特,可通过化学修饰引入不同杂环,进而使其具有多种活性和功能。本文主要对松香基唑类杂环衍生物的合成以及生物活性进行了总结,归纳了松香基三唑类、噻二唑类和噁二唑类等衍生物的农用生物活性和医用生物活性,并对未来松香基唑类杂环衍生物的合成和应用进行了展望。
Rosin is an important natural products and can be widely used in various fields.Due to its unique structure,different het-erocycles can be introduced through chemical modification,so that it has various activities and functions.The synthesis and biologi-cal activities of rosin-based azole heterocyclic derivatives were summarized in this paper.The agricultural and medical biological ac-tivities of rosin-based triazoles,thiadiazoles and oxadiazoles derivatives were summarized in detail,and the future synthesis and ap-plication of rosin-based azole heterocyclic derivatives were prospected.
