摘要
目的探讨刘真教授膏方治疗心系疾病的辨证思路及方药规律。方法收集整理2017年—2020年刘真教授门诊膏方病案,应用“中医传承辅助平台”软件进行信息采集并建立数据库。通过统计报表和数据分析进行数据挖掘,总结刘真教授应用膏方的辨治思路和方药规律。结果收集膏方252首;病种包括胸痹、心悸、心衰病等;使用频次最高的前5位中药是党参、五指毛桃、茯苓、百合、黄芪。将支持度设置为60,置信度设为0.95,提取出药物组合;通过关联规则分析其中的关联度,置信度为1的药物组合共有20对,包括党参和茯苓、党参和五指毛桃等。结论刘真教授膏方治疗心系疾病以五脏同调、健运中焦、调畅气机为原则,用药有三因制宜、动静结合、润燥相合、畅达气机等特点。体现其“治心不唯心,五脏同调,以脾胃为中心,重视肝脾两脏同治,兼顾肺肾,畅达气机”的学术思想。
Objective To discuss the thought of syndrome differentiation and prescription rule of professor liu zhen in the treatment of cardiovascular disease.Methods The medical records of Professor Liu Zhen’s outpatient prescription from 2017 to 2020 were collected and sorted out.The software“TCM inheritance assistance platform”was used to collect information and establish a database.Through statistical reports and data analysis,data mining was carried out to sum up Professor Liu Zhen’s treatment ideas and prescription rules.Results Two hundred and fifty-two were collected.Diseases include chest pains,heart failure,vertigo and sleepless cases.The top five most frequently used Chinese medicines are Codonopsis,radix fici simplicissimae,Poria cocos,lily and Astragalus mongholicus.Through the data analysis system,set the support level to 60% and the confidence level to 0.95,20 drug combinations with a confidence level of 1 were extracted.It includes Codonopsis,poria cocos,Codonopsis,radix fici simplicissimae and other drug combinations.Conclusion The treatment of heart diseases by Professor Liu Zhen is based on the principles of five viscera harmonization,healthy transportation of middle jiao and regulating qi machinery.The medicine has the characteristics of three factors,combination of static and dynamic,moistening and dryness,and smooth qi movement.It embodies the academic thought of“treating the heart rather than the heart,five viscera in tune,taking the spleen and stomach as the center,paying attention to the liver and spleen two viscera in the same treatment,taking into account the lung and kidney,and extending the qi movement”.
