高速列车司机超视距监控预警系统应用研究

摘要 当铁路沿线突发自然灾害时,若高速列车临近灾害发生点,司机不能及时获知前方危情信息,无法及时采取应急措施,可能造成重大安全事故。研究提出高速列车司机超视距监控预警新型方法,设计由铁路灾害监测无线高速共享专网子系统、铁路防洪视频监控子系统、车载灾害视频监控子系统、铁路灾害危情智能识别子系统组成的高速列车司机超视距监控预警系统。对高速列车在隧道等复杂环境下车地高速数据传输、铁路灾害车地协同监控预警、铁路灾害危情自动识别预警等关键技术进行阐述,并完成车地协同监控灾害技术验证。结果表明,该系统可提升高速列车司机面对突发灾害的应急处置技术水平,增强铁路突发灾害的应对和防灾减灾能力,有效避免司乘人员伤亡,有助于推进铁路防洪点无人化值守进程。总结该系统的应用与验证情况,可为我国铁路防洪防灾工作提供参考。 If sudden natural disasters happen when high-speed trains are close to the disaster site,drivers cannot get the information of the danger ahead or take emergency measures in time,major safety accidents may occur.In view of this situation,a new method called over-the-horizon monitoring and warning for high-speed train drivers is proposed.The system is composed of the wireless high-speed shared private network subsystem for railway disaster monitoring,the video surveillance subsystem for railway flood control,the on-board video surveillance subsystem for disasters,and the intelligent identification subsystem of railway disasters.Key technologies such as train-ground high speed data transmission,train-ground collaborative monitoring and warning of railway disasters,and automatic identification and warning of railway disasters for high-speed trains operating in tunnels and other complex environments are elaborated,and the technical verification of trainground collaborative monitoring of disasters is completed.The results show that the system can improve the emergency response of high-speed train drivers,enhance the capabilities of railway disaster prevention and mitigation,effectively avoid casualties of drivers and passengers,and help promote the unattended railway flood control points.The summary of the system and its technologies in terms of application and verification can serve as reference for flood control and disaster prevention for China railways.
