摘要
月经不调与脾胃病合病临床较为多见,笔者常异病同治,从少阳入手,斡旋中焦,则脾胃与月经共调,疗效甚佳。从中医经典理论出发,经过对古籍的整理、归纳、阐发,通过少阳经与带脉相连而控气血、少阳腑通全身脏腑而控气血、少阳摄津血而联络脾胃与胞宫三大生理特点联系月经不调与脾胃病,并阐述带脉失约则气血乖乱,胆腑失司则气机无常、天癸不行,三焦不利则血水失畅可能为月经不调与脾胃病合病的共同病机,为探讨燮理少阳的临床应用提供理论依据。
The combination of irregular menstruation and spleen and stomach diseases is more common in clinical practice,and according to the author,it is also one of the categories of the same treatment of different diseases in TCM.The author often start from Shaoyang and treat spleen and stomach diseases and irregular menstruation by regulating the middle energizer,with good clinical efficacy.Starting from the classical theory of TCM,this article connected irregular menstruation and spleen-stomach disease based on the three physiological characteristics of Shaoyang meridian and Daimai connected to control qi and blood,Shaoyang Fu through the whole body viscera to control qi and blood,Shaoyang leading body fluid and blood and connecting spleen and stomach and uterus through the collation,induction and elucidation of ancient books.Additionally,it expounded that the disorder of qi and blood operation when the Daimai was out of control,the disorder of qi movement and the failure of Tiangui to reach the uterus when the gallbladder was out of control,and the disorder of body fluid operation when three energizer was not unobstructed may be the common pathogenesis of irregular menstruation and spleen and stomach diseases,which could provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of Shaoyang.
