摘要
高等教育依托高等院校的发展,高等院校的发展离不开各项建设。学科建设与专业建设是大多数高校两项重要的基本建设,可以称之为“双基建设”。调研了学科建设与专业建设理论文章,概括总结了两者的内涵、异同和相互关系等。同时指出,相关研究回答了学科和专业“为什么要建设”与“建设什么”两个问题,没有回答“怎么建设”这一问题。基于专任教师在高校中的重要地位,阐述了其在高校“双基建设”中的职责、作用和融合机制。
Higher education depends on the development of colleges and universities,and the development of colleges and universities cannot be separated from various constructions.Discipline construction and specialty construction are two important basic constructions of most colleges and universities,which can be called“double-base construction”.Based on the theoretical articles of discipline construction and specialty construction,the article summarizes the connotation,similarities and differences,and the relationship between them.At the same time,it is pointed out that the relevant research has answered the two questions of“why to build?”and“what to build?”,but not the question of“how to build?”.Based on the important position of full-time teachers in colleges and universities,this paper expounds their responsibilities,functions and integration mechanism in the“double-base construction”of colleges and universities.
