摘要
本研究在4—9月,温度24℃、时长13 h的仓内控温空调条件下,比较了在玉米浅圆仓粮堆表面沿仓壁四周有无布置均温管系统的水分、脂肪酸酯变化,分析了它们的平均外圈粮温、最高外圈粮温以及粮面表层外圈平均粮温变化情况。试验结果表明,均温管系统能有效减少夏季玉米浅圆仓引起粮面表层四周水分集中、发热的异常现象,且均温管系统的耗能较低,控温效果明显。
This study compared the changes in moisture and fatty acid esters on the surface of corn shallow circular silos with or without a temperature equalization system arranged around the silo walls under temperature controlled air conditioning conditions from April to September,with a temperature of 24℃and a duration of 13 hours.They analyzed their average outer circle grain temperature,maximum outer circle grain temperature,and average outer circle grain temperature changes on the surface of the grain surface.The experimental results show that the uniform temperature tube system can effectively reduce the abnormal phenomenon of moisture concentration and heating around the surface of the grain surface caused by the shallow round silo of summer corn,and the energy consumption of the uniform temperature tube system is low,with obvious temperature control effect.
