DSA电极电化学氧化处理工业废水的研究现状及展望

摘要 DSA(Dimensionally Stable Anodes)电极是一种以钛为基体,表面覆盖金属氧化物活性涂层的阳极。DSA的电催化活性高,成本低廉,环境友好,因而被广泛应用于工业废水处理的研究中。本文介绍了DSA电极电化学氧化的机理,分析了相比其他种类电极的优劣势,总结了增加中间层、图层元素多元化及优化制备工艺等改进DSA电极性能的方法,概述了在处理含不同有机污染物的废水时DSA电极的表现,并对DSA电极未来的研究工作进行了展望。 The DSA(dimensionally stable anodes)electrodes were a kind of coated anodes with titanium as a matrix covered with a metal oxide active layer.Because of the high electrocatalytic activity,low cost,and environmentally friendly characteristic,DSA electrodes electrochemical oxidation were widely investigated in industrial wastewater treatment.This paper summarized the mechanisms of electrochemical oxidation of DSA electrodes,compared the advantages and disadvantages of DSA with other types of electrodes,summarized the improvement methods of electrode performance in terms of increasing the intermediate layer,diversifying the layer elements and optimizing the preparation process.The review outlined the treatment performances of DSA electrodes in treating wastewater containing different kinds of organic pollutants and provided an outlook for future research work.
