摘要
城市体检是新时期推动城市高质量发展和实现精细化治理的有效手段。文章基于部门协同视角,分析各部门在实际工作推进过程中存在的对城市体检认识不足、责任部门配合协同不足、对后续工作重视不足导致的城市体检效用不高的问题。针对上述问题,文章提出基于多部门协同的城市体检效用提升路径:一是形成政府领导、多方协同参与的工作机制;二是搭建城市体检常态化、动态化、多方协同参与的信息平台;三是深化体检工作,形成特色指标体系、专项指标体系、专项规划体系,更好地解决城市体检工作面临的问题,从而提升城市体检效用。
Urban health examination effectively promotes high-quality urban development and achieves refined governance in the new era.Based on the perspective of departmental collaboration,this article analyzes the problems that various departments face in the actual progress,such as insufficient understanding of urban health examination,lack of coordination among responsible departments,and inadequate attention to follow-up work,resulting in low effectiveness of urban health examination.In response to the above issues,a path for improving the effectiveness of urban health examination based on multi-departmental collaboration is proposed:first,form a working mechanism with government leadership and multi-party collaborative participation;second,establish an information platform for the normalization,dynamics,and multi-party collaborative participation of urban health examination;third,deepen the health examination work and develop a characteristic indicator system,a specific indicator system,and an unique planning system to better solve the challenges facing urban health examination work,thereby enhancing its effectiveness.
