摘要
目的研究A型肉毒毒素联合自交联小分子透明质酸在改善面部肤质中的应用效果。方法择取2019年4月至2021年9月收治的80例需改善面部肤质患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案将其分为对照组、观察组,每组40例。对照组给予自交联小分子透明质酸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予A型肉毒毒素治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的77.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的皮肤弹性、水分评分高于对照组,暗斑、油脂评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的面部美学主、客观评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论A型肉毒毒素联合自交联小分子透明质酸在改善面部肤质中的效果显著,不仅可改善患者皮肤状态,还能提高面部美学评分,值得推广。
Objective To study the application effect of botulinum toxin type A combined with self-crosslinked small molecule hyaluronic acid in improving facial skin texture.Methods From April 2019 to September 2021,80 patients who needed to improve facial skin texture were selected as the research objects.According to the treatment plan,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with self-crosslinked small molecule hyaluronic acid,and the observation group was treated with botulinum toxin type A on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 77.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of skin elasticity and moisture of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the scores of dark spots and grease were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the subjective and objective scores of facial aesthetics in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Botulinum toxin type A combined with self-crosslinked small molecule hyaluronic acid has a significant effect in improving facial skin texture.It can not only improve the skin state of patients,but also improve the facial aesthetic score,which is worthy of promotion.
