摘要
随着全球人口老龄化的增加,与年龄相关的健康负担成为医疗保健系统中亟待解决的重要问题。维生素K2(VK2)是一种人体必需的脂溶性维生素,具有多种生物学功能,与多种年龄相关的疾病进展密切相关。本文简要介绍VK2的来源及体内代谢过程,对VK2在预防及治疗衰老相关疾病中的生物学功能及作用机制作一综述。
As our global population experiences ongoing aging trends,addressing the health complexities associated with this demographic shift becomes progressively imperative.Vitamin K_(2)(VK_(2))emerges as a pivotal fat-soluble vitamin,wielding a myriad of biological functions.Contemporary research has unveiled compelling associations between VK_(2) and the onset of numerous age-related maladies.In this comprehensive overview,we embark on a concise exploration of VK_(2)′s origins and its intricate physiological processes within the human body.Furthermore,we offer an exhaustive synthesis of VK_(2)′s diverse biological roles and the mechanisms by which it exhibits its potential in averting and ameliorating age-related afflictions.
