摘要
目的:分析超声心动图联合外周血管超声对高血压性心脏病检出率的影响。方法:选取2020年3月~2022年5月在本院治疗的高血压性心脏病患者283例为研究对象,所有患者均给予超声心动图与外周血管超声检查,总结分析单独应用超声心动图检查与超声心动图联合外周血管超声检查(二者联合检查)的结果,对比不同诊断途径对高血压性心脏病的检出率以及心脏功能与结构(左心室肥厚、左心房增大、心率失常、主动脉扩张、ST-T改变、主动脉弹性减退)的检出率。结果:单独应用超声心动图检查的高血压性心脏病检出率为87.28%,二者联合检查的高血压性心脏病检出率为95.05%,二者联合检查明显高于单独检查(P<0.05)。二者联合检查的左心室肥厚、左心房增大、心率失常、ST-T改变的检出率明显高于单独超声心动图检查(P<0.05)。结论:在高血压性心脏病诊断中,超声心动图联合外周血管超声的应用价值非常高,能够对患者心脏功能与结构改变予以准确判断,为临床诊断与治疗提供参考依据。
Objective:To study the effect of echocardiography combined with peripheral vascular ultrasound on the detection rate of hypertensive heart disease.Methods:283 patients with hypertensive heart disease who were treated in our hospital from March 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and all patients underwent echocardiography and peripheral vascular ultrasound examination,summarize and analyze the results of using echocardiography alone and echocardiography combined with peripheral vascular ultrasound(combined examination),and compare the detection rates of different diagnostic pathways for hypertensive heart disease,as well as the detection rates of cardiac function and structure(left ventricular hypertrophy,left atrial enlargement,arrhythmia,aortic dilation,ST-T changes,and decreased aortic elasticity).Results:The detection rate of hypertensive heart disease using echocardiography alone was 87.28%,and the detection rate of hypertensive heart disease using a combination of the two was 95.05%.The combined examination of the two was significantly higher than that using a single examination(P<0.05).The detection rate of left ventricular hypertrophy,left atrial enlargement,arrhythmia,and ST-T changes in the combined examination of the two was significantly higher than that in the single echocardiography examination(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease,echocardiography and peripheral vascular ultrasound is very high,which can accurately judge the cardiac function and structural changes,provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
