摘要
体育场馆是国家体育发展的重要载体。体育场馆能够推动社会的综合发展,并且具有多重价值维度,包括本体价值、经济价值、空间价值和社会价值。其中体育场馆的价值实现存在各维度价值失衡的问题,具体体现在同质化现象严重、专业性低、与城市生态不能协调发展、场馆热度消散快、体育产业发展被忽略、空间分布不均、内部文化空间建设不足、公共服务体系供给手段单一等方面。针对这些问题提出相应的实现路径,旨在为体育场馆的可持续发展提供参考。
Sports venues are an important carrier of national sports development,which can promote the comprehensive development of society and have multiple value dimensions,including ontology value,economic value,spatial value and social value.However,the realization of the value of sports venues has the problem of value imbalance in various dimensions,which is reflected in serious homogenization,low professionalism,uncoordinated development with urban ecology,fast dissipation of stadium heat,neglected development of sports industry,uneven spatial distribution,insufficient construction of internal cultural space,and single supply means of public service system.According to these problems,this paper proposes corresponding realization paths,aiming at providing reference for the development of sports venues.
