人文关怀在口腔医院医疗诊治管理中的应用价值 被引量:1

The value of humanistic care in the diagnosis and treatment of stomatology

摘要 目的:阐述人文关怀在口腔医院医疗诊治管理中的应用价值。方法:该文以某口腔专科医院为例,随机抽取300例患者分为对照组和观察组,通过统计学分析对比,研究口腔诊疗过程中对不同年龄层次患者实施人文关怀管理模式研究的效果。结果:人文关怀下的口腔诊疗模式下的观察组不良问题出现率低、满意度高。结论:口腔医疗管理需要注重对口腔患者的人文关怀,这样不仅可降低在口腔诊疗过程中意外事故和不良事件的发生率,也可进一步提高患者的满意度。 Objective:To discuss the application value of humanistic care in the management mode of dental hospital.Methods:In this paper,a dental hospital was taken as an example,and 300 patients were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group.The humanistic care management mode of patients of different ages in the observation group and control group was studied in the process of oral diagnosis and treatment,and the comparison was made according to statistical analysis.Results:The incidence of adverse problems was small and the satisfaction was high in the observation group under humanistic care.Conclusion:The oral medical management model should pay attention to humanistic care for oral patients,which not only reduces the incidence of accidents and adverse events in the process of oral diagnosis and treatment,but also further improves the satisfaction of patients.
