摘要
分析流产后关爱门诊护理在人工流产患者中的应用效果。选取2021年3月—2023年3月于滨州市妇幼保健院接受人工流产手术的68例患者为研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组(n=34)和研究组(n=34)。两组均采用常规诊疗分别采用护理服务及关爱门诊护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果显示,采用两种不同护理模式1个月后,研究组患者情绪健康程度、SAS、SDA评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者避孕知识、避孕方法、避孕依从性等评分均高于护理前,且研究组各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组患者各项围手术期指标、生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,围手术期关爱门诊护理从多途径、多方面给予患者全方位护理,有利于改善患者负性情绪,提高患者术后舒适性,减少人工流产术后并发症发生情况,提高患者围手术期各项指标水平和生活质量。
To analyse the effects of post-abortion care outpatient care in people with induced abortion.From March 2021 to March 2023,68 patients who underwent abortion in Binzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected as study subjects,and randomly divided into control group(n=34)and research group(n=34).Nursing services and outpatient care were used in both groups,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that after one month of using two different nursing modes,the emotional well-being,SAS and SDA scores of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate was lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of contraceptive knowledge,contraceptive method,and contraceptive adherence in both groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores of the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the perioperative indexes and quality of life scores of the patients in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that perioperative care outpatient nursing provides patients with all-round care from multiple channels and aspects,which is conducive to improving patients'negative emotions,improving patients'postoperative comfort,reducing the occurrence of postoperative complications of abortion,and improving the level of perioperative indicators and quality of life of patients.
