摘要
文章旨在研究日粮添加大蒜秸秆对育肥猪生长性能、养分表观消化率和肠道抗氧化指标的影响。试验将72头健康、生长状况良好的120日龄育肥猪随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复6头。分别向基础日粮中添加0%、2%、4%和8%的大蒜秸秆替代花生秧作为试验日粮。试验结果表明,饲料中添加4%的大蒜秸秆可显著提高育肥猪的终末体重和平均日增重(P <0.05),显著降低育肥猪料重比(P <0.05),但对育肥猪平均日采食量无显著影响(P> 0.05);日粮添加8%的大蒜秸秆对育肥猪平均日增重和料重比均无显著影响(P> 0.05)。日粮添加4%大蒜秸秆显著提高了育肥猪粗蛋白质、粗脂肪表观消化率(P <0.05);日粮添加8%大蒜秸秆显著提高了育肥猪能量表观消化率;日粮添加大蒜秸秆对育肥猪粗灰分和干物质消化率无显著影响(P> 0.05)。日粮添加4%和8%大蒜秸秆显著提高了育肥猪回肠谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性(P <0.05);日粮添加2%大蒜秸秆显著提高总超氧化物歧化酶活力(P> 0.05);日粮添加大蒜秸秆对过氧化氢酶活性、丙二醛含量和总抗氧化能力无显著影响(P> 0.05)。综合以上数据发现,育肥猪日粮中大蒜秸秆最适添加量为4%。
The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of adding garlic straw to the diet on the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and intestinal antioxidant indicators of fattening pigs.72 healthy and growing 120 day old finishing pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 3 replicates in each group,with 6 pigs in each replicate.Add 0%,2%,4%,and 8%garlic straw to the basic diet instead of peanut seedlings as the experimental diet.The experimental results showed that adding 4%garlic straw to the feed significantly increased the final body weight and average daily gain of fattening pigs(P<0.05);Significantly reduce the feed to weight ratio of fattening pigs(P<0.05);But there was no significant effect on the average daily feed intake of fattening pigs(P>0.05);Adding 8%garlic straw to the diet had no significant effect on the average daily gain and feed to weight ratio of fattening pigs(P>0.05).Adding 4%garlic straw to the diet significantly increased the apparent digestibility of crude protein and crude fat in fattening pigs(P<0.05);Adding 8%garlic straw to the diet significantly improved the apparent energy digestibility of fattening pigs;The addition of garlic straw to the diet had no significant effect on the crude ash and dry matter digestibility of fattening pigs(P>0.05).The addition of 4%and 8%garlic straw in the diet significantly increased the activity of Glutathione peroxidase in the ileum of finishing pigs(P<0.05);The addition of 2%garlic straw in the diet significantly increased the total superoxide dismutase activity(P>0.05);The addition of garlic straw in the diet had no significant effect on catalase activity,malondialdehyde content and total antioxidant capacity(P>0.05).In summary,the results of this experiment indicate that the optimal amount of garlic straw added to the diet for fattening pigs is 4%.
