摘要
在碳中和重大战略背景下,绿色低碳发展成为钢铁行业未来的目标^([1])。高煤比与高风温、高富氧相结合,可减少高炉碳排放,成本降低。山西建龙5~#炉保持高煤比攻关,4月份风温1200℃,富氧率4.83%,煤比179.2 kg·t^(-1),较3月份提高8.6 kg·t^(-1),成本降低15.30元·t^(-1)。4月份高煤比生产过程出现炉况波动,及时对高炉参数、原燃料结构调整,原燃料质量优化,强化设备隐患整改,炉况稳定性提高,指标快速恢复正常。通过对其炉况状态波动原因分析表明:(1)高煤比生产,炉况稳定是基础、原燃料质量是底线、炉料结构是方向、设备能力是保障。(2)长流程生产物流稳定,上道工序为下道工序服好务、统筹管理,确保质量稳定,对高煤比炉况持续稳定意义重大。
Under the background of carbon neutral strategy,green and low-carbon development has become the future goal of the steel industry.The combination of high coal ratio,high air temperature,and high oxygen enrich-ment has great potential for reducing carbon emissions in blast furnaces and reducing costs.Shanxi Jianlong 5#BF maintained a high coal ratio,with a wind temperature of 1200℃inApril,anoxygenenrichmentrateof4.83%,a coal ratio of 179.2 kg·t^(-1),an increase of 8.6 kg·t^(-1) compared to March,and a cost reduction of 15.30 yuan,In April,during the high coal ratio production process,the furnace conditions fluctuated,and timely adjustments were made to the blast furnace parameters and raw fuel structure.The quality of raw fuel was optimized,and the rectifi-cation of equipment hazards was strengthened.The stability of the furnace conditions was improved,and the indica-tors quickly returned to normal.The analysis of the reasons for the fluctuation of furnace conditions shows that:(1)for high coal ratio production,stable furnace conditions are the foundation,raw fuel quality is the bottom line,fur-nace material structure is the direction,and equipment capacity is the guarantee.(2)The long-term production lo-gistics are stable,and the previous process serves the next process well,with coordinated management and stable quality,which is of great significance for the continuous stability of high coal ratio furnace conditions.
