摘要
随着SAP得到轨道车辆制造业企业用户的支持和认可,财务、项目、生产计划、物流、质量模块得到了广泛应用。基于此,文章提出了智慧化项目和计划系统,解决SAP在使用中的不足之处,使系统流程更加符合业务的个性化要求,使SAP形成MBOM搭建,使物料需求计划完全适应个性化的车辆制造要求。在SAP中,实现业务个性化的要求,正确地指导采购、物流、生产订单的执行,具有十分重要的意义。
With the support and recognition of SAP by the enterprise users of rail vehicle manufacturing industry,the modules of finance,project,production planning,logistics and quality have been widely used.Based on this,the paper puts forward the intelligent project and planning system to solve the shortcomings of SAP in use,makes the system process more in line with the personalized requirements of the business,makes SAP form MBOM construction,and makes the material requirement plan fully adapt to the personalized vehicle manufacturing requirements.In SAP,it is very important to realize the personalized requirements of business and correctly guide the execution of purchasing,logistics and production orders.
