摘要
为探究饲料中添加碳酸氢钠对奶牛生产性能的影响,选择24头泌乳早期的高产荷斯坦牛,将其随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各12头、3个重复,每个重复4头牛。试验组奶牛饲料中添加0.5%碳酸氢钠,对照组无添加。在试验0d、10d、30d采集瘤胃液以及奶样进行挥发性脂肪酸和乳酸、乳成分的测定,并测定产奶量。挥发性脂肪酸和乳酸检测结果显示乙酸、丁酸有上升的趋势,丙酸、乳酸有下降的趋势。乳成分测定结果显示试验第30天试验组乳脂率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。产奶量统计结果显示,试验第10、30天试验组产奶量高于对照组,且在试验第30天时差异显著(P<0.05)。提示泌乳早期奶牛饲料中添加碳酸氢钠可以提高乳脂率,增加产奶量,推荐剂量为饲料中添加0.5%的碳酸氢钠。
To explore the effects of sodium bicarbonate added to feed on oxidative stress and milk quality of dairy cows.In this experiment,24 Holstein cows in the early stage of high-yield lactation were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,12 cows in the control group and 12 cows in the experimental group,with 3 replicates in each group and 4 cows in each replicate.0.5%sodium bicarbonate was added to the feed of dairy cows in the test group,while no sodium bicarbonate was added to the feed of dairy cows in the control group.The rumen juice and milk samples were collected at 0,10 and 30 days of the test to determine the volatile fatty acid,lactic acid and milk components,and determine the milk yield.The detection results of volatile fatty acid and lactic acid showed that acetic acid and butyric acid had an upward trend,while propionic acid and lactic acid had a downward trend.The milk composition determination results showed that the milk fat rate of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group on the 30th day of the test(P<0.05).The milk yield statistics showed that the milk yield of the test group was higher than that of the control group on the 10th and 30th days of the test,and the difference was significant on the 30th day of the test(P<0.05).The results showed that 0.5%sodium bicarbonate could reduce the production of lactic acid,increase the rate of milk fat,and increase the milk yield in early lactation.
