Mini-CEX教学法在《儿科学》见习阶段的应用及效果分析

摘要 目的 探讨迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)教学法在《儿科学》见习阶段的应用和效果。方法 将传统教学下的2012年儿科专业和非儿科专业见习学生作为对照组,进行Mini-CEX教学的2019年儿科专业和非儿科专业见习学生作为实验组,将期末考试成绩作为评估教学效果的客观指标。对Mini-CEX教学法下的2019级见习同学进行问卷调查,从是否能提高团队协作能力、临床思维能力、语言表达能力、综合分析能力、自主能动性和学习兴趣等方面进行评价。结果 儿科专业2年期末考试成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组非儿科专业期末考试成绩明显高于对照组同专业学生期末考试成绩,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。问卷结果显示,儿科和非儿科专业大多数学生表示在6个方面均有提高,并且在提高学习的主观能动性方面,非儿科专业较儿科专业表现得更为明显(P<0.05)。结论 Mini-CEX教学法在《儿科学》见习阶段是有效的教学和评估工具,可以提高医学生学习能力和学习兴趣。 Objective To explore the application and analysis of the effectiveness of the mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)in the apprenticeship phase of paediatrics.Methods Class of 2012 trainees majoring in pediatrics and non-pediatrics under traditional teaching were used as the control group,and class of 2019 trainees majoring in pediatrics and non-pediatrics under Mini-CEX teaching were used as the experimental group,and the final examination results were used as an objective index to assess the teaching effect.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the class of 2019 trainees under Mini-CEX,from whether they could improve teamwork ability,clinical thinking ability,language expression ability,comprehensive analysis ability,independent motivation and interest in learning.Results There was no statistical difference between the final examination results of paediatric majors in the two years of comparison(P>0.05),and the final examination results of non-pediatric majors in the experimental group were significantly higher than the final examination results of students of the same majors in the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire showed that the majority of students in both paediatric and non-pediatric majors reported improvement in all six areas,and that the non-pediatric majors showed more significant improvement than the paediatric majors in terms of increasing their motivation to learn(P<0.05).Conclusion The Mini-CEX is an effective teaching and assessment tool in the apprenticeship phase of paediatrics to improve medical students learning ability and interest in learning.
