摘要
职业教育最为突出的特点是“实训环境学习、职业需求融入、技能人才培养”,育人核心路径是教育与生产劳动和社会实践相结合。研究基于MOA模型从参与动机、参与机会、参与能力三个维度出发,提出以筑牢精神锚点、优化就业锚点和增强能力锚点为路径的高职院校劳动教育优化策略,进一步激发学生全面发展内核,倡导把劳动意识、劳动精神渗透到大学生学习工作生活全过程,内化为一种人生信仰。
The most prominent characteristics of vocational education are“Learning in Practical Training Environment,Integration of Occupational Demand and Training of Skilled Talent”.The core path of education is the combination of education with production labor and social practice.Based on the MOA model,the study starts from three dimensions of participation willingness,opportunity and ability.Offered to campus life education,social practice education and training practice education for the path of the optimum path of labor education in higher vocational colleges,further stimulates the student full scale development internal,advocates the spirit of the consciousness of labor penetrated into all aspects of the college students’learning life work,into a life of faith.
