摘要
研究了活化温度对含有机助剂加氢处理催化剂的影响,通过TG,NH_(3)-TPD,XRD,H_(2)-TPR,TEM和N_(2)吸附-脱附等方法对催化剂的物理化学性质进行表征,考察了不同活化温度下催化剂的脱氮活性和稳定性。实验结果表明,活化温度影响含有机助剂催化剂的物理化学性质,高温活化时催化剂的比表面积、酸性下降,活性金属颗粒聚集,金属与载体间相互作用增大,硫化相MoS_(2)晶片堆垛聚集生长;含有机助剂的催化剂初始脱氮活性较高,随着活化温度升高,催化剂的初始脱氮活性呈下降趋势;在100~400℃活化温度范围内,催化剂稳定后的脱氮活性较为相近,但500℃高温活化后催化剂的初始脱氮活性显著下降,稳定后脱氮活性也较低。
The effect of activation temperature on hydrotreating catalyst containing organic additive was studied.The physicochemical properties of the catalyst were characterized by TG,NH_(3)-TPD,XRD,H_(2)-TPR,TEM and N_(2) adsorption-desorption.The denitrogenation activity and stability of the catalyst at different activation temperatures were evaluated.The experimental results indicate that the activation temperature can affect the physicochemical properties of the catalyst containing organic additive,especially when activated at high temperature,the specific surface area and acidity of the catalyst decrease,active metal particles aggregate,and the interaction force between the metal and the carrier increases,leading to the aggregation and growth of MoS_(2) in the sulfide phase.The catalyst containing organic additive has a higher initial denitrogenation activity,and as the activation temperature increases,the initial denitrogenation activity of the catalyst decreases.Within 100-400℃activation temperature range,the denitrogenation activity of the stable catalyst is relatively similar,but for high temperature 500℃,the initial denitrogenation activity of the activated catalyst significantly decreases,and the denitrogenation activity of the stable catalyst is also lower.
