摘要
外来医疗器械特异性高、兼容性好,广泛应用于骨科等手术中。但其种类繁多、结构复杂、规格不一,易出现功能不全和不合格等问题。此外,他们具有高流动性和高感染风险。为提高外来医疗器械的处理质量,保障医疗安全,应从结构上建立健全制度,加强人员培训和考核。在此过程中,消毒供应中心(CSSD)应关注外来医疗器械的接收、分类和使用后再清洗消毒,制定细致的工作流程。在结果层面上,CSSD应采用先进追溯系统实施严格质量监测与感染控制。
With the advantages of high specificity and good compatibility,loaned medical instruments are widely used in orthopedic and other surgeries.However,there are wide variety,complex structure,and different specifications of them,which can easily lead to problems including incomplete function and non-conformity.In addition,they are with high mobility and high infection risk.To improve the handling quality of loaned medical instruments and ensure the medical safety,structurally,systems should be established and improved,and personnel training and assessment should be strengthened.In the process,central sterile supply department(CSSD)should pay attention to receiving,classifying,cleaning and disinfection after using,and formulating meticulous work processes.In terms of outcome,an advanced traceability system should be adopted,and quality and infection control should be carried out.
