扩大头抗浮锚杆抗拔承载力试验及数值模拟分析 被引量:4

Test and Numerical Simulation Analysis on Uplift Bearing Capacity of Anti Floating Anchor Rod with Enlarged Head

摘要 随着我国城市建设的高速发展,传统的抗浮锚杆锚固效果差、易发生群锚效应的问题更加凸显,其抗浮锚固效果并不能达到实际工程的要求,而扩大头抗浮锚杆是深基坑支护相对有效的方式。以中国科学院科研楼基坑中的扩大头锚杆为研究对象,研究深基坑工程中扩大头抗浮锚杆的抗拔承载力,采用Midas GTS有限元软件对扩大头抗浮锚杆的受力特征和变形特性进行分析。研究结果表明:当有荷载作用时,扩大头锚杆的轴力随着锚固深度的增加逐渐减小,扩大头锚杆在变截面处的轴力变化显著且存在拐点;相较于普通抗浮锚杆,扩大头锚杆的抗拔承载力约为普通锚杆的2.4倍;通过理论计算得到扩大头锚杆的极限承载力大致为1200 kN,理论计算有一定的保守性,实际的极限承载力值应大于计算值;研究结果为今后扩大头锚杆受力分析提供了参考,确保了工程后期的安全性。 With the rapid development of urban construction in China,the problems of poor anchoring effect and easy occurrence of group anchoring effect of traditional anti floating anchor rods have become more prominent.The effect of anti floating anchoring cannot meet the requirements of practical engineering,and the anti floating anchor rod with enlarged head is a relatively effective way of deep foundation pit support.Taking the anchor rod with enlarged head in the foundation pit of the scientific research building of the Chinese Academy of Sciences as the research object,the uplift bearing capacity of the anti floating anchor rod with enlarged head in deep foundation pit engineering is studied.The stress characteristics and deform-ation characteristics of the anti floating anchor rod with enlarged head are analyzed by using the Midas GTS finite element software.It is indicated that the axial force of the anchor rod with enlarged head gradu-ally decreases with the increase of anchoring depth when there is a load,and the axial force of the anchor rod with enlarged head changes significantly at the variable cross-section and there is a turning point.Com-pared to ordinary anti floating anchor rods,the uplift bearing capacity of anchor rods with enlarged head is about 2.4 times that of ordinary anchor rods.The theoretical calculation shows that the ultimate bearing capacity of the anchor rod with enlarged head is approximately 1200 kN,and the theoretical calculation has a certain degree of conservatism.The actual ultimate bearing capacity value should be higher than the cal-culated value.The research results provide a reference for the stress analysis of the anchor rod with en-larged head in the future,ensuring the safety of the later stage of the project.
