摘要
口腔癌具有较高的淋巴结转移风险,手术治疗难以有效控制病情进展,患者预后差异显著。基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)与口腔癌发病过程和病情进展有关,可通过降解细胞外基质、促炎等途径加重口腔癌病情,增加淋巴结转移风险,其中MMP家族成员MMP-2、MMP-7、MMP-9等与肿瘤进展和预后有关。但由于MMP家族成员众多,均以不同作用机制参与口腔癌发病过程,临床需明确MMP家族各成员与口腔癌的关系,以制订针对性干预措施,从而延缓口腔癌病情进展,降低淋巴结转移风险。
Oral cancer has a high risk of lymph node metastasis,so surgical treatment is difficult to effectively control the progress of the disease,and the prognoses of the patients are significantly different.Matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)are related to the pathogenesis and progression of oral cancer.They can aggravate the condition of oral cancer and increase the risk of lymph node metastasis by degrading extracellular matrix and promoting inflammation,of which MMP-2,MMP-7 and MMP-9 are known members of MMP family and have been proved to be related to tumor progression and prognosis.However,due to the large number of MMP family members,which all participate in the pathogenesis of oral cancer with different mechanisms,it is necessary to clarify the relationship between different MMP family members and oral cancer in order to formulate targeted intervention measures,so as to delay the progress of oral cancer and reduce the risk of lymph node metastasis.
