摘要
目的分析国内外儿童心力衰竭(pediatric heart failure,PHF)研究相关文献,揭示国内外PHF研究的现状、热点及前沿,为相关研究提供参考。方法利用CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件分别对中国知网和万方数据库的5735篇、Web of Science核心集数据库的5246篇PHF相关文献进行可视化分析。结果近10年我国发表的PHF中文文献数量逐步下降,但英文文献数量整体呈上升趋势。我国该领域作者分散,作者间的合作较少,国外作者数量相对较多,团体间的联系更为紧密;国内PHF领域内各个研究机构之间的合作较少,而国外机构间的合作更紧密。我国发表的PHF英文文献数量排在第6位,中英文关键词聚类包括多巴胺、美托洛尔、肺炎、护理、心肌病、栓塞、心脏毒性、肥胖等,中英文文献持续至今的突现词有治疗效果、重症肺炎、米力农、多巴胺、健康、建议。结论国内主要关注PHF的治疗及护理等方面,国际上重点关注病因、机制研究及新药物的临床应用,我国机构及作者之间的合作较少,也缺乏高质量科研成果,应加强机构间、国际间的合作,协同开展多中心研究,尽早建立中国的PHF诊疗指南。
Objective Literature on pediatric heart failure(PHF)research at home and abroad was analyzed to reveal the current status,hotspots and frontiers of PHF research at home and abroad,and to provide references for related studies.Methods Using CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software,5735 literatures of CNKI and Wanfang Database,and 5246 literatures in Web of Science database related to PHF were visually analyzed.Results In the past 10 years,the quantity of published Chinese literature in China had gradually declined,but the overall number of English literature had shown an upward trend.The authors in this field in China were scattered,the cooperation among authors was less,the number of foreign authors was relatively large,and the contact between groups was more close.There was less cooperation between domestic research institutions in the field of PHF,while there was closer cooperation between foreign institutions.The number of English literature published in PHF in China ranks 6th.
