药事管理学课程应用OBE理论下的分层次教学方法的成效研究

摘要 目的探讨OBE理论结合分层次教学在药事管理学课程教学过程中的应用价值,分析其教学成效。方法选择2022年秋季学期在本校就读的本科大四药学专业两个班级为研究对象(观察组和对照组),每个班级均分84名学生。对照组教学过程中采取传统教学方法,如教师面授课程,课堂提问,课后练习等常规模式进行药事管理学课程教学。观察组实施OBE理论下的分层次教学法,比较两组学期末对药事管理学主要内容考核成绩及两组干预前后学习能力评分,评价两组学生对师生沟通形式和教学模式的认可度。结果观察组学期末对药事管理学主要内容考核指标中的法律法规、组织体系、国家政策和监测体系的评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后两组学习能力评分均显著高于干预前(P<0.05),同时观察组干预后学习能力评分显著高于对照组,以及干预前(P<0.05)。观察组学生对师生沟通形式和教学模式的认可度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对药事管理学课程以OBE理念结合分层次教学方法可有效确保学生专业知识掌握程度,提高学生主动学习兴趣,促进师生关系和谐发展。 Objective To explore application value of OBE theory combined with hierarchical teaching in teaching process of"Pharmaceutical Management"course and analyze its teaching effect.Methods The paper chose 2 classes of undergraduate pharmacy majors in our university in autumn semester of 2022 as research subjects(observation group and control group),with average of 84 students in each class.During teaching process,control group was treated with traditional teaching methods,such as face-to-face teaching by teachers,classroom questioning and after-school exercises,to teach course of"Pharmaceutical Management".Observation group was treated with hierarchical teaching method based on OBE theory.Assessment scores of main content of"Pharmaceutical Management"at end of semester,learning ability scores before and after intervention were compared between two groups,to evaluate recognition between two groups of students based on teacher-student communication and teaching mode.Results At the end of the semester,observation group scored significantly higher than control group in terms of laws and regulations,organizational systems,national policies and monitoring systems in main content assessment indicators of"Pharmaceutical Management"(P<0.05).After intervention,learning ability scores of both groups were significantly higher than before intervention(P<0.05).At the same time,learning ability scores of observation group after intervention were(85.9±8.6)points,significantly higher than(80.1±11.0)points of control group after intervention,and(71.2±5.8)scores before intervention(P<0.05).Students in observation group had significantly higher recognition of teacher-student communication forms and teaching models than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining OBE concept with hierarchical teaching methods can effectively ensure mastery of professional knowledge of students in Pharmaceutical Management course,enhance their active learning interest and promote harmonious development of teacher-student relationships.
