摘要
目的观察穴位注射结合推拿手法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将80位膝关节骨性关节炎的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例,对照组予以常规穴位注射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合推拿手法治疗。分析两组治疗前后的WOMAC总分及总有效率。结果治疗结束后,同组治疗前后WOMAC总分比较,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05),两组进行组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于膝关节骨性关节炎病,穴位注射结合推拿手法的临床疗效优于单纯的穴位注射治疗,值得在临床上推广运用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection combined with massage manipulation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional acupoint injection treatment,while the observation group received massage therapy on the basis of the control group.The total WOMAC score and total effective rate before and after treatment in both groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the total WOMAC score of the same group before and after treatment was compared and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For knee osteoarthritis,the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection combined with massage manipulation is superior to that of simple acupoint injection treatment,and it is worthy of promoting and applying in clinical practice.
