上覆淤泥下卧砂层旋挖桩成孔泥浆配比分析 被引量:1

Analysis on the Proportion of Mud for Hole Formation of Rotary Excavation Piles in the Overlying Silt and the Lower Lying Sand Layer

摘要 泥浆制备环节对于钻孔灌注桩施工至关重要,直接决定桩体质量。为确定上覆淤泥层下卧砂土层旋挖桩成孔所需泥浆关键性能参数,依托某高铁站房工程,开展泥浆配比正交试验,运用SPSS软件对试验结果进行双变量相关性分析和多元逐步回归分析,并进行优化处理,得出泥浆优化配合比后进行模拟验证。结果表明:当桩径一定时,随桩长增加,增大泥浆荷载对淤泥层的护壁效果影响并不明显;当桩径一定且桩长较小及桩长一定桩径较小时,增大泥浆荷载可有效减小砂层最大水平位移;增大桩径会使护壁效果减弱。 Mud preparation is a crucial part of bored pile construction,which directly determines the quality of bored piles.In order to determine the key performance parameters of the mud required for hole formation of rotary digging piles in the lying sand layer under the overlying silt layer,the orthogonal test of the mud ratio was conducted based on a high-speed railway station building project.The SPSS software was used to perform bivariate correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis of the test results,and the optimization treatment was carried out to obtain the slurry optimization mix ratio for simulation verification.The research results show that when the pile diameter is constant,with the increase of pile length,the effect of increasing the mud load on the retaining wall of the silt layer is not obvious.When the pile diameter is fixed and the pile length is small or when the pile length is fixed and the pile diameter is small,increasing the mud load can effectively reduce the maximum horizontal displacement of the sand layer.The increase in the pile diameter will weaken the effect of the retaining wall.
