玻璃窑炉节能减排技术途径研究与应用

摘要 针对大型玻璃窑炉天然气热效率不高的实际情况,结合玻璃企业生产实际,对节能减排的技术途径和措施进行了细致分析、评估和论证。根据生产应用实践,阐述了玻璃生产全过程节能减排的意义和潜力,通过生产全过程的精益生产、精准控制,单位产品能耗控制在9 kgce/重量箱左右。采用切实可行的技术措施,单位产品能耗降低至8 kgce/重量箱以下,烟尘可以降至10 mg/Nm^(3)、CO_(2)控制在50mg/Nm^(3)、NO_(x)控制在200 mg/Nm^(3)以内,实现节能降碳双目标。 In view of the fact that the low thermal efficiency of natural gas in large glass furnace andcombined with the actual production of glass enterprises,the technical approaches and measures of energy saving and emission reduction,are analyzed,evaluated and demonstrated in detail.According to the production practice,we expound these significance and potential of energy saving and emission reduction in the whole process of glass production.Through lean production and precise control in the whole process,the energy consumption per unit product is controlled at about 9 kgce/weight case.Using some practical technical measures,energy consumption per unit product is reduced to below 8 kgce/weight case,dust can be reduced to 10 mg/Nm^(3),CO_(2)control in 50 mg/Nm^(3),NO_(X)control in 200 mg/Nm^(3),and achieving energy saving and carbon reduction double goals.
