摘要 公共建筑节能评估不能只局限在单一指标或某一阶段,应该从建筑物全寿命周期考虑,于是提出一种基于BIM模型的综合节能评估方法。建立全寿命节能综合评估体系,用55个指标具体分析建筑物施工过程中的各个阶段;构建BIM-FCE节能评估模型,分析每个节能因子间的层次关系,建立多级评价因子集和评判集;计算单个因子的权重值,将其与模糊关系矩阵结合,得到模糊综合评价结果向量,得到各个等级的综合评分,实现对公共建筑全寿命节能等级的评估。通过仿真实例应用,验证了所提方法可准确得到每个等级的综合评分值,完成对公共建筑的节能等级划分。 The energy-saving evaluation of public buildings should not be limited to a single indicator or a certain stage,but should consider the entire life cycle of buildings.Therefore,a method of comprehensive energy-saving evaluation based on BIM model was proposed.At first,we constructed a comprehensive assessment system for life-cycle energy conservation,and used fifty-five indicators to specifically analyze all stages during the construction of a building.Moreover,we built a BIM-FCE energy-saving assessment model to analyze the hierarchical relation between energy conservation factors,and then established a factor set and a judgment set for multi-level evaluation.After calculating the weight value of a single factor,we combined it with a fuzzy relation matrix to get a vector of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results as well as comprehensive scores of all levels.Finally,we realized the evaluation of the energy-saving level of public buildings in the whole life.Simulation examples proved that the proposed method can accurately obtain the comprehensive score of all grades,thus completing the energy-saving grade division of public buildings.
