摘要
目的探究二陈汤联合血府逐瘀汤对肺结节的治疗效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年10月长春市中心医院所收治的肺结节患者212例为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为西药组(采用糖皮质激素治疗)和中药组(在西药组基础上采用二陈汤联合血府逐瘀汤治疗),每组106例。对比两组治疗前后肺结节临床症状变化情况、肺功能改善情况、医学影像检测结果、治疗有效率以及药物不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,中药组肺结节症状改善情况明显优于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药组肺功能改善情况明显优于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药组医学影像检测结果明显优于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药组治疗有效率为91.51%明显优于西药组的73.58%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.219,P<0.05)。结论二陈汤和血府逐瘀汤是两剂经典的中药方,对肺部相关疾病具有理想的治疗效果,对肺结节具有良好的治疗效果。
Objective In order to investigate the therapeutic effect of Erchen decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on lung nodules.Methods 212 patients with lung nodules admitted to Changchun Central Hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into the western medicine group(treated with glucocorticoids)and the traditional Chinese medicine group(treated with Erchen decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of western medicines group)by the method of randomized numerical table,and there were 106 patients in each group.The clinical symptoms of pulmonary nodules,lung function improvement,medical imaging test results,treatment efficiency and adverse drug reactions before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results The traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly better than the western medicine group in terms of improvement of pulmonary nodule symptoms after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Improvement of lung function in the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly better han that in the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Medical imaging test results in the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly better than that in the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Therapeutic efficiency in the traditional Chinese medicine group(91.51%)was significantly better than 73.58%of the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.219,P<0.05).Conclusion Erchen decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction are two classic Chinese herbal prescriptions with ideal therapeutic effects on lung-related diseases,and have good therapeutic effects on lung nodules.
