摘要
黄玉璐提出的“一气周流”理论强调中气之要,中气可推动及运转机体气机的升降,其认为噎膈乃阳衰土湿,上下之窍俱闭所致,治以“温中燥土”。胡陵静主任中医师认为,食管癌临床表现与噎膈相符,以噎膈论治食管癌较为贴切,并在此基础上提出,治疗食管癌除“温中燥土”外,还应“启通二窍”,佐以生津养血之品。本文主要从“一气周流”理论的角度论治食管癌,为临床治疗提供思路。
The theory of"Qi Circulation"proposed by Huang Yulu emphasizes the importance of the medial qi.The medial qi can drive and regulate the ascending and descending movement of the body's qi mechanism.According to this theory,dysphagia is caused by weakened yang energy and dampness in the earth element and the closure of both the upper and lower orifices of the body.The treatment approach suggested is to"warm the middle and dry the dampness".Jing Huling,a chief traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)physician,believes that the clinical manifestations of esophageal cancer are consistent with dysphagia.Therefore,treating esophageal cancer based on dysphagia is more appropriate.Building on this,she proposes that in addition to"warming the middle and drying the dampness",the treatment of esophageal cancer should also focus on"opening the two orifices"and incorporating fluid-generating and blood-nourishing drugs.This article mainly discussed the treatment of esophageal cancer from the perspective of the"Qi Circulation"theory,providing insights forclinicaltreatment.
