Ni改性二硫化钼析氢电催化剂的制备及表征

摘要 开发高性能低成本的析氢电催化剂有望提升电解水制氢效率,实现大规模产氢,促进氢能的开发及利用迫在眉睫。二硫化钼(MoS_(2))在析氢催化领域展现出一定潜能,通过对其改性以提高催化活性从而替代铂基催化剂成为近年来的研究热点。本研究采用一步溶剂热法合成Ni原子改性的MoS_(2)电催化析氢(HER)催化剂,该催化剂在酸性条件下具有良好的催化活性及优异的稳定性。当基准电流密度为10 mA/cm^(2)时,240℃下制得的20Ni@MoS_(2)过电位仅为190 mV,塔菲尔斜率为162 mV/dec,优于单一的MoS_(2)催化材料。 Developing highly active and low cost hydrogen evolution electrocatalysts is an imminent task to improve the efficiency of water electrolysis hydrogen production,achieve large-scale hydrogen production,and promote the development and utilization of hydrogen energy.Molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2))has shown a certain potential in the field of hydrogen evolution catalysis,and its modification to improve the catalytic activity and replace the platinum-based catalyst has become a research hotspot in recent years.A simple one-step solvothermal method was used to successfully synthesize a Ni-doped electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution(HER)catalyst Ni@MoS_(2),which had excellent electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution activity and good stability.The 20Ni@MoS_(2)as prepared at 240℃exhibited better HER performance with a low overpotential of 190 mV at 10 mA/cm^(2)and Tafel slope of 162 mV/dec in acidic medium.
