摘要
目的探讨产妇产后抑郁与家庭关怀度及社会支持的相关性。方法选取2022年3月至2023年5月于华润武钢总医院产后住院的108名产妇为研究对象,采用爱丁堡产后抑郁量表、家庭关怀度指数问卷、社会支持量表对其进行调查,分析产后抑郁的影响因素,采用Pearson相关法评价产后抑郁与家庭关怀度和社会支持之间的关系。结果产妇爱丁堡产后抑郁量表评分为(11.48±4.52)分,其中32名(29.6%)产妇评分≥13分;产妇家庭关怀度评分为(6.77±2.88)分;社会支持评分为(38.90±1.71)分。不同性格的产妇爱丁堡产后抑郁量表评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。产妇产后抑郁与家庭关怀的适应度、合作度、成熟度、情感度、亲密度呈负相关(P<0.05),与社会支持的支持利用度呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论产妇产后抑郁发生率较高,性格内向的产妇更易出现产后抑郁,产后抑郁与社会支持、家庭关怀度呈负相关,建议给予产妇良好的社会支持和家庭关怀干预,缓解产后抑郁。
Objective To explore the correlation between postpartum depression in parturients and the family caring degree and social support.Methods A total of 108 parturients hospitalized in China Resources and Wisco General Hospital from March 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.The Edinburgh postnatal depression scale,family adaptation partnership growth affection and resolve index,social support scale were used to investigate the influencing factors of postpartum depression,and the correlation between postpartum depression in parturients and the family care and social support was evaluated by the Pearson correlation method.Results The average score of Edinburgh postnatal depression scale in parturients was(11.48±4.52)points,of which 32(29.6%)had a score≥13 points.The average score of family adaptation partnership growth affection and resolve index was(6.77±2.88)points.The average score of social support scale was(38.90±1.71)points.There was significant difference in the score of Edinburgh postnatal depression scale among different characteristics of parturients(P<0.05).Postpartum depression was negatively correlated with fitness,cooperation,maturity,emotion and intimacy of family care(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with the s upport utilization of social s upport(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of pos tpartum depression is higher in parturients,and parturients with introverted personality are more likely to have postpartum depression.Postpartum depression is negatively correlated with social support and family care,good social support and family care is recommended to help alleviate postpartum depress ion.
