基于流固耦合的富水粉细砂隧道工作面失稳过程研究

摘要 基于流固耦合数值算法,以中老铁路太达村富水粉细砂隧道为依托,从隧道掌子面挤出位移和围岩塑性区的演变情况入手,分析隧道在由泥岩向富水粉细砂段施工过程中掌子面的失稳过程。结果表明:隧道掌子面在由泥岩向富水粉细砂段围岩开挖过程中,掌子面的挤出位移和塑性区体积都将发生突变;由于富水粉细砂围岩强度较低、抗扰动能力较弱,在隧道掘进至富水粉细砂段围岩前,掌子面失稳就可能发生;结合各种加固措施及富水粉细砂围岩的特点,提出相应的围岩预加固对策。 Based on fluid-solid coupling numerical algorithm,and relying on Taida Village Tunnel in water-rich silty fine sands of the China—Laos Railway,started with the extrusion displacement of the working face and the development of surrounding rock plastic zone,the instability process of the working face from mudstone to waterrich silty fine sands section is analyzed.The result shows that,because the surrounding rock in water-rich silty fine sands is of low strength and weak capability of anti-disturbance,the working face where tunneling in the front of the section in water-rich silty fine sands may be subject to instability disaster.Combined with the reinforcement measures and the features of surrounding rock in water-rich silty fine sands,the countermeasure of prereinforcement of surrounding rock was proposed.
