摘要
介绍了350 MW超临界循环流化床锅炉的构造、烘炉原理、烘炉设备布置、烘炉过程控制等,并对烘炉结果进行分析。本次烘炉为该机组安装过程中的首次烘炉,烘炉结果给本机组及同类型机组检修维护、热态运行提供了重要参考依据,为今后机组安全和稳定运行奠定了基础。
The structure of the 350MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler,the principle of the refractory drying out,the layout of refractory drying out equipment and the process control of refractory drying out is introduced,and the results of the drying out are analyzed.This refractory drying out is the first time in the installation process of the boiler.The results of refractory drying out provide an important reference for the maintenance and thermal operation of this unit and the same type of unit,which will lay a foundation for the safe and stable operation of the unit in the future.
