热处理对Ni_(25)Co_(25)Cr_(20)Fe_(10)Re_(16.5)Mo_(3.5)高熵合金组织与性能的影响

摘要 用非自耗真空电弧炉制备了Ni_(25)Co_(25)Cr_(20)Fe_(10)Re_(16.5)Mo_(3.5)高熵合金,通过相图计算确定了热处理制度,研究了不同热处理对合金组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,该合金铸态下为FCC枝晶组织,枝晶干上有大量树枝状的σ相析出。1380℃/24h固溶处理后,基体枝晶组织完全消失,转变为均匀的FCC结构,树枝状的σ相转变为大块状。1100℃/24h时效处理后,大量薄片层的σ相在基体中呈胞状析出。相比于铸态合金,时效合金的屈服强度和抗拉强度大大提高,且仍保持一定的塑性。 In this work,Ni_(25)Co_(25)Cr_(20)Fe_(10)Re_(16.5)Mo_(3.5) high-entropy alloy was prepared in a non-consumable vacuum arc furnace.The treatment process was determined by phase diagram calculation,and the effects of different heat treatments on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were studied.The results indicate that the alloy exhibits FCC dendrite structure as cast,and a large number of dendritic structures σ phase are generated on the dendrite core.After solid solution treatment at 1380 ℃/24h,the matrix dendrite structure completely disappears and transforms into a uniform FCC structure.Additionally,the morphology of the σ phase changes from dendritic to blocky.After aging treatment at 1100 ℃/24h,massive thin layers σ phase precipitates in a cellular form the matrix.Compared to as cast alloys,the yield strength and tensile strength of aged alloys are greatly improved,while still maintaining a certain degree of plasticity.
