摘要
目的观察清热化瘀汤联合系统性干预在脑梗死患者中的应用效果。方法选取井冈山大学附属医院2021年6月—2021年9月收治的60例脑梗死患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例),2组均实施系统性干预方案;对照组采取常规内科治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合清热化瘀汤;比较2组干预前后的神经功能缺损量表(NIHSS)评分、日常活动能力量表(ADL)评分、生活质量量表(SF-36)评分及患者满意度。结果2组患者治疗前NIHSS评分、SF-36评分和ADL评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组、SF-36评分高于对照组、ADL评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总满意率为93.3%(28/30),高于对照组的73.3%(22/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清热化瘀汤联合系统性干预方案能明显改善脑梗死患者的神经功能缺损程度,提高患者的康复水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of Qingre Huayu decoction combined with systematic scheme in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 60 patients with cerebral infarction in Affiliated Hospital of Jinggangshan University from June to September 2021 were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).Both groups were treated with systematic intervention.The control group was gave usual care.Then the observation group was treated with usual care and Qingre Huayu decoc-tion.The scores of NIHSS and ADL,quality of life scale(SF-36)score and patient satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in NIHSS score,SF-36 score and ADL score between 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score in observation group was lower than control group,SF-36 score was higher than control group,ADL score was higher than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of observa-tion group was 93.3%(28/30),which was higher than that of control group(73.3%,22/30),and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingre Huayu decoction combined with systematic nursing scheme can obviously improve the stroke pa-tient’s nerve function recovery degree,and enhances the patient’s recovery level.
