基于变压器油中水分的变压器绝缘纸聚合度检测研究 被引量:1

摘要 绝缘纸的状态是决定油浸式变压器寿命的关键,目前公认的绝缘纸状态的判断技术是绝缘纸的聚合度测试。变压器绝缘纸聚合度的测试需对变压器进行停电取样且难以采集到典型样本。因此本文笔者基于变压器油中水分,探究了一种间接测量变压器绝缘纸聚合度的方法。通过测量不同老化程度油纸绝缘样品的聚合度、油中微水、纸中水分和氢气,探究了聚合度与后三者之间的关系。并利用控温系统检测了不同油温下油中微水含量,探究了油温对水分在油纸中分配比例的影响。综合上述研究,推导了变压器绝缘纸聚合度与油中微水、油温的关系式。 The life of oil-immersed transformer depends on the state of the insulating paper.The currently recognized technique for judging the state of insulating paper is the degree of polymerization test.The test of the degree of polymerization of transformer insulating paper requires the transformer power outage to collect samples and it is difficult to collect typical samples.Therefore,based on the moisture in transformer oil,this paper explores a method to indirectly measure the degree of polymerization of transformer insulating paper.In this paper,by measuring the degree of polymerization of insulating paper,moisture in insulating paper,moisture and hydrogen in oil with samples of different aging time,the relationship between the degree of polymerization and three other factors was explored.The temperature control system was used to detect the moisture content in oil at different oil temperatures,and the effect of oil temperature on the distribution ratio of water in the oil-paper was explored.Finally,based on the above research,the relationship between the degree of polymerization of transformer insulating paper,moisture in oil and oil temperature is deduced.
