双歧杆菌三联活菌联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床研究 被引量:1

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Neonatal Hyperbilirubinemia by Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Bacteria Combined with Blue Light Irradiation

摘要 目的分析在新生儿高胆红素血症治疗中联合应用双歧杆菌三联活菌与蓝光照射疗法的临床效果。方法选取2020年9月—2022年9月无锡虹桥医院收治的124例高胆红素血症新生儿,随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,每组62例。对照组开展常规蓝光照射治疗,观察组开展常规蓝光照射联合双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应、治疗前后血清胆红素及肝功能指标。结果观察组患儿临床疗效为95.16%,高于对照组的83.87%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.211,P<0.05)。对照组患儿不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组血清胆红素与肝功能水平各项指标均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿高胆红素血症应用双歧杆菌三联活菌联合蓝光照射可获得较高的治疗有效性与安全性,可改善肝功能及血清胆红素异常。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the combined application of Bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria and blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods A total of 124 neonatal with hyperbilirubinemia admitted to Wuxi Hongqiao Hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 62 cases in each group.The control group received routine blue light irradiation treatment,and the observation group received routine blue light irradiation combined with bifidobacterium triple live bacteria treatment.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,serum bilirubin and liver function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect of observation group was 95.16%,higher than that of control group(83.87%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.211,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in control group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum bilirubin and liver function in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria combined with blue light irradiation in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia can obtain high therapeutic efficacy and safety,and it can improve the liver function and serum bilirubin abnormality.
