摘要
目的 探讨活血益肾汤对髋部骨折患者术后快速康复的疗效。方法 采用整群抽样法选取2021年1月—2022年12月昆山市中西医结合医院100例髋部骨折患者为研究对象,根据抽签法分为参照组和研究组,各50例。参照组实施常规治疗,研究组在参照组基础上实施活血益肾汤,观察比较两组患者术后疼痛程度、康复进程与康复效果。结果 研究组首次下床时间、住院时间与骨折愈合时间均显著短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组疼痛程度得分(2.25±0.69)分显著低于参照组(6.28±1.30)分,差异有统计学意义(t=19.362,P<0.05)。研究组康复效果显著优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 髋部骨折为中老年人群常见的骨折类型,创伤后将对其生活质量与活动功能造成严重影响,活血益肾汤能明显改善髋部骨折患者疼痛情况,缩短患者康复进程,改善髋关节功能恢复情况,提升康复效果,该疗法对促进患者生活质量具有更高的可行性。
Objective To explore the curative effect of Huoxue Yishen Decoction on quick recovery of hip fracture pa⁃tients after operation.Methods A total of one hundred patients with hip fracture in Kunshan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected by cluster sampling method,and were divided into the reference group and the study group with fifty patients in each group according to lottery method.The reference group received conventional treatment,and the study group received Huoxue Yishen De⁃coction on the basis of the reference group.The postoperative pain degree,rehabilitation process and rehabilitation ef⁃fect of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After the administration of Huoxue Yishen Decoction,the first time of getting out of bed,the time of hospitalization and the time of fracture healing in the study group were sig⁃nificantly shorter than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain degree score of the study group(2.25±0.69)points was significantly lower than that of the reference group(6.28±1.30)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=19.362,P<0.05).The rehabilitation effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hip fracture is a common fracture type in middle-aged and elderly people,which will have a serious im⁃pact on their quality of life and activity function after trauma.Huoxue Yishen Decoction can significantly improve the pain of patients with hip fracture,shorten the rehabilitation process of patients,improve the recovery of hip function,and enhance the rehabilitation effect. This therapy has a higher feasibility for promoting the quality of life of patients.
