摘要
利用低共熔溶剂改性椰壳活性炭吸附印染废水,采用单因素方法探究出了最佳改性工艺:改性温度为115℃、改性时间为4 h、低共熔溶剂与炭的质量比为3.5∶1。最佳吸附条件为:加炭量0.2 g、pH值为5、加盐量为0.4 g。活性炭的最佳吸附率可达96.25%,改性炭对直接湖蓝5B的吸附与伪二级动力学方程和Langmuir等温吸附模型相符。探索了同样条件下改性炭与未改性炭在吸附不同的时间时对印染废水吸附效果对比,改性炭在任何时间下的吸附率均优于未改性炭,吸附时间在10 min时二者的吸附率差值达到最大为13.13%。吸附率数据显示,与改性前的炭相比,改性后的活性炭对印染废水的吸附性有很好的提升。
Deep eutectic solvent was used to modify coconut shell activated carbon for adsorption of printing and dyeing wastewater.The optimum modification process was explored by single factor method:modification temperature 115℃,modification time 4 h,the mass ratio of deep eutectic solvent to carbon 3.5∶1.The optimum adsorption conditions were obtained as follows:carbon content 0.2 g,pH 5,salt content 0.4 g.The optimal adsorption rate of activated carbon was 96.25%.The adsorption of Direct Blue 5B by modified carbon was in accordance with the pseudo second order kinetic equation and Langmuir isotherm adsorption model.The adsorption effect of modified carbon and unmodified carbon on printing and dyeing wastewater under the same conditions was compared at different adsorption time.The adsorption rate of modified carbon was better than that of unmodified carbon at any time,and the adsorption time was 10 min.The maximum difference between the two adsorption rates reached 13.13%.Adsorption rate data showed that compared with the carbon before modification,the modified activated carbon has a good improvement in the adsorption capacity of printing and dyeing wastewater.
