摘要
探究呼吸内科护理风险的主要特点及相应的防范措施。选取2021年5月—2022年11月嘉定区中心医院收治的200例呼吸内科疾病患者作为研究对象,将其分为研究组与参照组,每组均有100例患者。参照组采取常规的护理措施,研究组在常规护理措施基础上,采用风险干预护理措施,比较两组患者护理质量评分及对护理措施的满意度。结果显示,研究组患者护理风险管理指标评分高于参照组(P<0.05),参照组患者的并发症发病率明显高于研究组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在对呼吸内科疾病患者进行护理时,采用护理风险干预的方法,可以有效提高患者对护理质量的满意度,值得临床应用与推广。
Explore the main characteristics of nursing risks in respiratory medicine and corresponding preventive measures.200 patients with respiratory diseases admitted to Jiading District Central Hospital from May 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research subjects and divided into a study group and a reference group,with 100 patients in each group.The reference group adopted routine nursing measures,while the research group adopted risk intervention nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing measures.The nursing quality scores and satisfaction with nursing measures were compared between the two groups of patients.The results showed that the nursing risk management index score of patients in the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of complications of patients in the reference group was signifi cantly higher than that of the study group(P<0.05).Research has found that adopting nursing risk intervention methods in the care of patients with respiratory diseases can effectively improve patients’satisfaction with nursing quality,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
