摘要
为了使选煤厂生产管理过程与市场化管理接轨,实施精益管理,以最小的投资,创造最大的经济效益,从生产精益化管理、质量精益化管理、设备精益化管理、安全风险管控和市场化管理等方面入手构建了“两化融合”管理平台。生产实践表明:“两化融合”管理平台的建立,提高了企业生产制造过程中的效率、质量,降低了成本,全面提升了企业管理科学化、规范化水平,有助于推动企业从传统生产模式向现代智能制造转型。
In order to allow the coal preparation management process to link up with marketized management,the lean management mode needs to be applied for gaining maximum economic benefit with least capital input.Through the implementation of the lean management of coal washing operations,coal product quality and process equipment,as well as safety risks management and control and marketized management modes,a lean and marketized management modes integrated management platform is developed.Practice shows application of the platform has led to improvement of coal washing efficiency and product quality,cutdown of operation costs,overall enhancement of scientific and normative level of plant management,and stepping up of the transition of coal preparation plant from conventional to intelligent operation mode.
