摘要
目的探讨加味玉屏风散联合下鼻甲注射曲安奈德注射液对鼻鼽患者整体获益水平的影响。方法选取2021年1月至12月普宁市中医医院耳鼻喉科收治的50例鼻鼽门诊患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(25例)与研究组(25例)。对照组采取下鼻甲注射曲安奈德注射液,研究组在对照组的基础上联合加味玉屏风散治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、症状与体征改善情况、血清指标[免疫球蛋白E(IgE)与外周嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)]、不良反应及复发情况。结果两组患者的治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者的治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒与鼻甲黏膜色泽与水肿情况评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒与鼻甲黏膜色泽与水肿情况评分低于本组治疗前,且研究组患者的喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒与鼻甲黏膜色泽与水肿情况评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的血清IgE、EOS水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的血清IgE、EOS水平低于本组治疗前,且研究组患者的血清IgE、EOS水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率和复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加味玉屏风散联合下鼻甲注射曲安奈德注射液治疗鼻鼽效果显著,有助于缓解患者临床不适症状与体征,纠正血清IgE、EOS表达情况,不会增加不良反应和复发情况的发生,可在临床中应用推广。
Objective To explore the effect of modified Yupingfeng Powder combined with inferior turbinate injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection on the overall benefit level of patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods Fifty outpatient patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology Puning Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into control group(25 cases)and study group(25 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection into the inferior turbinate,while the study group received treatment with modified Yupingfeng Powder on the basis of the control group.The treatment efficacy,improvement of symptoms and signs,serum indicators[immunoglobulin E(IgE)and eosinophils(EOS)],adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between the two groups of patients.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The treatment effect of the study group patients was better than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion,nasal itching,and turbinate mucosal color and edema between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion,nasal itching and turbinate mucosal color and edema in the two groups of patients were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion,nasal itching,and turbinate mucosal color and edema in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in serum IgE and EOS levels between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum IgE and EOS levels of the two groups of patients were lower than those before treatment,and the serum IgE and EOS levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the total incidence and recurrence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of modified Yupingfeng Powder and inferior turbinate injection with Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection has a significant therapeutic effect on allergic rhinitis,helping to alleviate clinical discomfort symptoms and signs,correct serum IgE and EOS expression,and not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions and recurrence.It can be applied and promoted in clinical practice.
