摘要
随着大规模风电等新能源接入电力系统,风电波动性与不确定性等因素降低了电网电压运行稳定性,传统的静态电压稳定性分析方法已无法满足大规模电力系统状态实时分析的要求。为提高含风电并网系统的电网电压运行稳定性、评估准确性与可靠性,提出采用基于随机森林算法的态势评估方法。首先,通过仿真得到连续潮流数据,根据有功功率裕度指标对所得的数据进行标签处理;然后,选择与静态电压稳定相关的特征信息,使用随机森林分类器把特征信息转化为稳定性问题,并对标签处理的数据进行分类;最后,根据随机森林分类器的结果,在数据中感知系统静态电压稳定行为信息,完成静态电压稳定性态势评估。仿真结果表明,搭建的随机森林分类模型对大规模风电接入系统的态势评估准确率高,为含风电系统进行的安全稳定性评估提供一定的理论参考。
With the large⁃scale wind power and other new energy access to the power system,wind power fluctuations and uncertainties and other factors can reduce the stability of grid voltage operation.The traditional static voltage stability analysis methods are no longer able to meet the requirements of real⁃time state analysis of large⁃scale power systems.In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of power grid voltage operation stability evaluation of power systems with wind power integrated,a situation evaluation method based on random forest method is proposed.The continuous power flow data is obtained by the simulation,and the obtained data is labeled according to the active power margin index.The characteristic information related to the static voltage stability is selected,and the characteristic information is converted into the stability problem by means of the random forest classifier,and the labeled data is classified.According to the results of the random forest classifier,the static voltage stability behavior information of the system is sensed in the data,and the static voltage stability situation assessment is completed.The simulation results show that the established random forest classification model has high accuracy in the situation assessment of large⁃scale wind power access system,which can provide a theoretical reference for the operated safety and stability evaluation of the systems with wind power integrated.
