摘要
文化强国建设是中国式现代化的重要内容,是中华民族伟大复兴的重要目标。“建设中华民族现代文明”重大论断的提出,为新时代新征程上扎实推进文化强国建设提供了根本遵循。建设中华民族现代文明是一个重大的理论与实践课题,可以从五个方面来把握其时代逻辑。中国式现代化是建设中华民族现代文明的“总开关”,为建设中华民族现代文明提供物质保障、精神动力、文化支持和生态环境支持。“两个结合”是建设中华民族现代文明的必由之路,是对中国近现代以来思想文化变革的深刻总结,是深入推进中国式现代化的必然选择,为塑造人类文明新形态提供着方法与动力。坚持中国共产党领导是中华民族现代文明连续性、创新性、统一性、包容性、和平性的根本保障。“有机统一的新的文化生命体”是建设中华民族现代文明的时代需要和发展方向,是中国式现代化的价值追求,是人类文明新形态的显著特征。推动构建人类命运共同体彰显着中华民族现代文明的人类情怀,体现中华民族现代文明的和平立场、外交智慧、价值原则和生态智慧。深刻把握建设中华民族现代文明的时代逻辑,有利于在世界文明版图中找准中华民族现代文明的历史方位,为其提供强劲的发展动力。
The construction of a cultural power is an important part of Chinese modernization and an important goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The proposal of the major proposition of“building modern civilization of the Chinese nation”provides a fundamental basis for solidly promoting the construction of a cultural power in the new era and journey.The construction of modern civilization of the Chinese nation is a major theoretical and practical topic,and its historical logic can be grasped from five aspects.Chinese modernization is the“master switch”for the construction of the modern civilization of the Chinese nation,providing material security,spiritual impetus,cultural support and ecological environment support for the construction of the modern civilization of the Chinese nation.“Two combinations”is the on-ly way to build the modern civilization of the Chinese nation,a profound summary of the ideological and cultural changes in China since modern times,an inevitable choice to further promote Chinese moderniza-tion,and provides methods and impetus for shaping a new form of human civilization.Adhering to the lead-ership of the CPC is the fundamental guarantee for the continuity,innovation,unity,inclusiveness and peace of the Chinese nation’s modern civilization.“Organic and unified new cultural life”is the need of the times and the development direction of building the modern civilization of the Chinese nation,the value pursuit of Chinese modernization,and the prominent feature of the new form of human civilization.Promo-ting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind highlights the human sentiment of the modern civilization of the Chinese nation,reflecting its peaceful stance,diplomatic wisdom,value princi-ples,and ecological wisdom.Deeply grasping the historical logic of building modern civilization of the Chi-nese nation is conducive to identifying the historical position of modern civilization of the Chinese nation in the world civilization map and providing strong development momentum for it.
