摘要
目的 分析在医院感染管理中,引入院感监控员细节管理模式对降低医院感染率的效果。方法 珠海市第五人民医院院感科在2021年1-12月应用院感监控员常规模式,在2022年1-12月应用院感监控员细节管理模式。比较不同管理模式下医院感染管控数据及院感监控员工作满意度水平。结果 在细节管理模式下医院感染总发生率为0.39%,低于常规模式下的0.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=18.340,P <0.001)。细节管理模式下院感监控员工作满意度(工作制度、组员协作、院感管理及总体满意度)均高于常规模式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用院感监控员细节管理模式可利于医院感染管理工作的开展,既可提升医院感染管理效果,也可提升院感监控员工作满意度。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of introducing a detail management mode of hospital infection monitoring personnel in reducing hospital infection rates in hospital infection management.Methods The department of hospital infection,the Fifth People's Hospital of Zhuhai applied the conventional mode of hospital infection monitoring personnel from January to December 2021,and the detail management mode of hospital infection monitoring personnel from January to December 2022.Compare hospital infection control data and job satisfaction levels of hospital infection monitoring personnel under different management modes.Results The total incidence of nosocomial infection in the detail management mode was 0.39%,lower than that in the conventional mode(0.78%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=18.340,P<0.001).Under the detail management mode,the job satisfaction of hospital monitoring personnel(work system,team collaboration,hospital management,and overall satisfaction)was higher than that under the conventional work mode,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of a detail management mode for hospital infection monitoring personnel can facilitate the implementation of hospital infection management,improve the effectiveness of hospital infection management,and also enhance the job satisfaction of hospital infection monitoring personnel.
