摘要
目的:探究自尊是否在绍兴市某医院医护人员社会经济地位与情绪调节策略间起中介作用,为进一步改善医护人员心理健康提供参考。方法:采用社会经济地位、情绪调节策略及自尊3种问卷对绍兴市某医院医护人员进行调查,建立结构方程模型对数据进行分析。结果:共得到646份有效问卷。医护人员主观社会经济地位与正性情绪重视调节(r=0.114,P<0.01)呈显著正相关,与正性情绪忽视调节(r=-0.097,P<0.05)以及负性情绪重视调节(r=-0.079,P<0.05)呈负相关,并通过自尊的完全中介作用间接影响正性情绪重视调节,正性情绪忽视调节和负性情绪重视调节,中介效应值分别为0.087,-0.059,-0.109。客观社会经济地位与正性情绪忽视调节(r=-0.107,P<0.01),负性情绪重视调节(r=-0.137,P<0.01)以及负性情绪宣泄调节(r=-0.107,P<0.01)呈显著负相关关系,并通过自尊的完全中介作用影响正性情绪重视调节,正性情绪宣泄调节以及负性情绪宣泄调节,中介效应值分别为-0.042,-0.075,-0.052。结论:医护人员常采取增强型正性情绪调节策略和减弱型负性情绪调节策略调节情绪,自尊在医护人员社会经济地位与情绪调节策略间起中介作用。
Objective:To examine whether self-esteem plays a mediating role in the relationship between socioeconomic status(SES)and emotion regulation strategies among medical workers in Shaoxing City.The findings aim to provide references for improving the mental health of medical workers.Methods:A survey was conducted among medical workers in a hospital in Shaoxing City using measures of subjective socioeconomic status,emotion regulation strategies,and self-esteem.Structural equation modeling was used for data analysis.Results:A total of 646 valid questionnaires were collected.Subjective socioeconomic status was positively correlated with the emphasis on positive emotion regulation(r=-0.114,P<0.01)and negatively correlated with the avoidance of positive emotion regulation(r=-0.097,P<0.05)and the emphasis on negative emotion regulation(r=-0.079,P<0.05).Self-esteem fully mediated the relationship between subjective socioeconomic status and the emphasis on positive emotion regulation,the avoidance of positive emotion regulation,and the emphasis on negative emotion regulation,with mediation effect values of 0.087,-0.059,and-0.109,respectively.SES was negatively correlated with the avoidance of positive emotion regulation(r=-0.107,P<0.01),the emphasis on negative emotion regulation(r=-0.137,P<0.01),and the release of negative emotion regulation(r=-0.107,P<0.01).Self-esteem fully mediated the relationship between SES and the avoidance of positive emotion regulation,the emphasis on negative emotion regulation,and the release of negative emotion regulation,with mediation effect values of-0.042,-0.075,and-0.052,respectively.Conclusion:Medical workers often employ enhancive positive emotion regulation strategies and attenuative negative emotion regulation strategies to regulate emotion.Self-esteem plays a mediating role between the socioeconomic status of medical workers and emotion regulation strategies.
